How often should you have an exam?

- Corneal topographers – help us fit contact lenses and diagnose problems with the cornea by mapping the curvature of the cornea.
- Digital slit lamp biomicroscopes – hto examine the front part of your eye in great detail and check for cataracts, corneal injuries, and other conditions.
- Digital tonometry devices – measure the pressure inside your eyes, and detect glaucoma.
- Pachymeters – measure the thickness of the cornea, helping us tell how likely you are to develop glaucoma.
- Digital retinal imaging – detailed images of the retina to detect conditions such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Visual field testing – to assess your peripheral vision.
- Pupil dilation – to see more of the internal structures of your eye and help detect retinal issues, cataracts, and other eye conditions.
- Digital phoropters – to give precise lens prescriptions, so you get the perfect glasses or contact lenses for your eyesight.
From what age do you start seeing children?
